Police today urged the victim of an act of criminal intimidation in Mong Kok to come forward.
The incident was captured in a video clip circulated on the Internet. It shows a man - who may have been threatened - removing his trousers and walking naked along a Mong Kok street.
The victim, or anyone who saw the incident or who has any information, should contact the Police on 2398 6200 or going to any Police station.
