181 tickets issued in traffic blitz
*
Hong Kong Police

A total of 181 fixed-penalty tickets and 161 summonses were issued for traffic violations during a Police blitz in Kowloon east yesterday.

 

Another 231 tickets were issued for parking offences, while 155 pedestrians and 86 drivers were verbally warned for jaywalking and other misdemeanours.

 

There were 593 traffic accidents with people injured in eastern Kowloon from January to April.
