1 dead, 1 injured in Kowloon City crash

Police are investigating a traffic accident in Kowloon City this morning in which a 43-year-old driver died.

 

At about 5.10am, the man was driving a car along Waterloo Road towards Sha Tin when it rammed into another car that was stopped at the traffic lights near Hereford Road.

 

He was sent to Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he died at 6.45am. The other driver, a 72-year-old man, was also injured.

 

Witnesses should call 2773 5200 or 2773 5211.
