Immigration courtesy drive to launch

*
Courtesy drive for Immigration Officers

Have your say: Travellers are invited to vote for immigration officers who provide courteous and efficient service.

*

The Immigration Department is inviting traveller feedback in its annual courtesy campaign from November 18 to 27 at Hong Kong's 11 immigration checkpoints.

The campaign encourages officers to provide courteous and efficient service promoting Hong Kong tourism.

Travellers can vote for officers performing commendable services by writing their particulars and the officer's name on a ballot form and putting it into ballot boxes behind immigration counters.

Immigration e-channel users can also vote.

The Tourism Board will appoint the officer who gets the most votes Hong Kong Courtesy Ambassador.
