The Chief Executive has appointed Virginia Choi, Witman Hung, Stephen Hung and Cecilia Wong members of the Legal Aid Services Council, and re-appointed Paul Chan as chairman.

Members Dr Andrew Chuang, Corinne Marie D'Almada Remedios, Michael Delaney and Dr Lee George Lam have also been reappointed.

Dr Chuang has been appointed for one year, while the remainder are for two years from September 1.

The council is tasked to oversee the Legal Aid Department's administration of the legal aid services and advise on legal aid policy.
