Police are investigating the Hong Kong Express Xingda international courier service company website, which displays, without consent, the Government's logos and adopts a design layout similar to Hong Kong Government websites.

The Office of the Government Chief Information Officer today clarified the Government has no connection with the site and urges the public to beware of it. The situation has been reported to Police.
