The Chief Executive has appointed the Court of Appeal Permanent Judge Mr Justice Ribeiro as a Judicial Officers Recommendation Commission member for two years from July 1.

Two incumbent members - Mr Justice Tong and Dr Edgar Cheng - have been re-appointed to the commission for two years from July 1.

Other members of the commission are the Chief Justice, Secretary for Justice, Ambrose Ho, Prof Tsui Lap-chee and Rosanna Wong.
