Man dies in Cheung Sha Wan traffic accident

Police are investigating a Cheung Sha Wan traffic accident which left a 55-year-old man dead and a 22-year-old man injured.

 

They were reportedly struck by a bus at the junction of Cheung Sha Wan Road and Cheung Lai Street at 12.40pm today. They were sent to the Caritas Medical Centre where the 55-year-old man was certified dead at 1.09pm.

 

The 51-year-old driver has been arrested for dangerous driving causing death.

 

Witnesses should call investigators on 2773 5262 or 2773 5211.
