Customs officers have arrested four people and seized 200,000 pirated optical discs worth $5 million in a raid on a To Kwa Wan industrial building today.

Three women and a man aged 24 to 43 are being questioned.

The discs mainly involved Japanese and Korean television series and were intended for sale at local retail outlets.
