Van driver arrested over fatal accident

Hong Kong Police

A 25-year-old van driver has been arrested for a fatal traffic accident in Sham Shui Po today.

 

A 57-year-old man was hit by the van on Pei Ho Street at 1pm and later died at Caritas Medical Centre. The driver was arrested for dangerous driving causing death.

 

Police are appealing for witnesses to call investigators on 2773 5211 or 2773 5200.
