A minibus driver has been arrested for dangerous driving after his vehicle struck and killed a 50-year-old man in Sau Mau Ping today.

He made a U-turn at the junction of Sau Mau Ping Road and Sau Fung Street and hit the victim who was crossing the road about 7am. He was taken to United Christian Hospital where he was later certified dead.

The 47-year-old driver has been released on bail.
