The Court of First Instance has granted leave to the Secretary for Justice to commit people bound by the injunction order regarding Citizens' Radio's unlicensed broadcasting activities for contempt of court proceedings.
The Department of Justice said a notice of motion must be filed with the court within 14 days and then served on the people in respect of whom leave has been granted to commit them for contempt.
