Police are investigating after a van struck and killed a 92-year-old man as he was crossing Causeway Road in Happy Valley at about 6am today.
He was taken to Ruttonjee Hospital where he was certified dead. The driver, aged 69, was arrested for dangerous driving causing death and is being detained for enquiries.
