Consumers should beware of bogus website www.guoco.net.cn which looks similar to Guoco Group's official site, with a link to Hong Leong Bank, one of the group's companies. The group has clarified it has no connection with the site and has reported the case to Police.

People who have provided personal information to the site or who have had financial transactions through it should call Hong Leong Bank at 2283 8833 or Police on 2860 5012.
