Customs officers arrested 13 men and seized $53 million worth of VCDs and CDs loaded onto mainland-bound speedboats at Lau Fau Shan pier yesterday.

The officers also stopped one speedboat.

The 13 men, aged 16 to 44, are local residents.They are on bail pending further investigation.
