Police have charged three men aged 16 to 18 for the murder of a 15-year-old boy in Sau Mau Ping on August 25. They will appear at Kwun Tong Magistracy August 31.

About 10.40pm on August 25, a 19-year-old man told Police his friend had been attacked by 10 people with iron bars outside Garden Estate Lotus Tower. The assailants fled towards Luen On Street.

The victim sustained serious injuries to his feet and was sent to United Christian Hospital. He was transferred to Queen Elizabeth Hospital and later died.

Police arrested the three suspects on August 28 and 29.
