Alert issued on fraudulent emails

The Monetary Authority calls on consumers to beware of fraudulent emails from 95555@cmbchina.com or 95599@cmbchina.com, which ask China Merchants Bank customers to provide personal particulars and account information.

 

The bank has clarified that it has no connection with the emails and has reported the case to the Police.
