Infringing design: Customs officers have seized four infringing gift boxes, each valued at $350.
*

Customs officers have arrested two 51-year-old local men for infringing watch gift box designs at the Hong Kong International Jewellery Show.

Four infringing gift boxes, each valued at $350, were seized.

With the copyright owner's help, officers yesterday raided two booths of two local companies, seizing two watch gift boxes with infringing design. Another two watch gift boxes were seized from the companies' offices in Tsuen Wan.

The two arrestees are a company director and a marketing staff member of two separate companies. They have been released on bail.
