Police have charged a 24-year-old man for the murder of a 36-year-old in Sham Shui Po. He will appear in Kowloon City Magistracy January 15.

An estate agent found the victim unconscious in a flat on Shek Kip Mei Street January 12. Police found a burning charcoal stove in the flat toilet.

The victim was a Kwai Chung Hospital patient. He co-rented the room with the defendant, also a patient at the hospital.
