Police seek dead man's identity
*
Hong Kong Police

Police are appealing for information on an unidentified man found dead in Stanley last month.

About 9.45am on December 10, Police found the body of a man aged 40 to 50, hanging from a tree on a slope beside Tai Tam Reservoir. He was about 1.8 metres tall, wearing a blue and yellow chequered long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans and blue sports shoes. He had no identity document on him.

A black rucksack containing items believed to belong to him was found in the vicinity. They included a MiniDisc player, a silver coloured necklace with a pendant and a gold coloured leaf-shaped metal ornament.

Police say the case is not suspicious and urge anyone with information to call 2859 4264.
