Ten Mainlanders have been arrested after Customs officers seized 93,000 litres of unmanifested marked oil worth about $460,000.

Officers intercepted two fishing vessels off the Ninepin Group of islands yesterday afternoon. They uncovered the unmanifested marked oil in an enlarged fuel tank and arrested 10 Mainland men, aged 28 to 52.
