Driver killed by own truck

A 58-year-old driver has died after being crushed by his own truck in Tin Shui Wai today.

 

About 9.30am he reversed the container truck up a ramp in a Kiu Wong Street warehouse to unload goods. However, after exiting the cabin, the truck reportedly skidded forward, trapping him against a wall.

 

He was freed by firemen and sent to Tuen Mun Hospital where he was certified dead.

 

Witnesses should call Police on 2675 3325.
