2 arrested for holding illicit pork

Food & Environmental Hygiene Department

Two men have been arrested and 1,700kg of illicit pork seized in Sha Tau Kok, worth $60,000.

 

Food & Environmental Hygiene Department and Police officers searched a van in front of a shop on Che Ping Street about 7.30am today and found 38 bags of pork.

 

The two men have been detained for questioning.
