Court of Final Appeal judges' terms extended
*

Chief Justice Andrew Li has recommended 13 non-permanent judges of the Court of Final Appeal have their term of office extended for three years.

 

Six Hong Kong judges are William James, Kutlu Tekin Fuad, Noel Plunkett Power, Gerald Paul Nazareth, John Barry Mortimer and Henry Denis Litton.

 

Seven judges from other common law jurisdictions include Anthony Mason, Gerard Brennan, Thomas Eichelbaum, Lord Millett, Lord Woolf of Barnes, Lord Scott of Foscote and Ivor Richardson.
