Police have charged a 37-year-old man over the murder of his 32-year-old ex-wife.

The case was reported at about 6pm on September 29 when the woman's body was found lying inside a flat in a building on Shek Yam Road, Tsuen Wan. She died of strangulation.

Police arrested him at Lo Wu Check Point upon his return to Hong Kong Wednesday. He will appear in Tsuen Wan Magistracy tomorrow.
