Police have seized a record 200kg of ketamine worth $60 million and arrested a 47-year-old man in Cheung Sha Wan.

Officers ambushed a premises on Castle Peak Road yesterday, intercepted the suspect and found 42g of ketamine in his possession. More ketamine was found sealed in eight nylon bags stored in eight carton boxes inside the premises.

Police believe the trafficking syndicate has been neutralised. The suspect remains in custody.
