Traffic accidents kill 2 in Western

Hong Kong Police

Police are investigating two fatal traffic accidents in which a 58-year-old woman and an eight-year-old girl were killed in Western District.

 

About 11am a minibus travelling eastbound on Kennedy Town Praya reportedly knocked down the elderly woman near the Holland Street junction. Sustaining serious head injuries she was certified dead at 3.44pm at Queen Mary Hospital.

 

Meanwhile, a bus knocked down the girl at 66 Catchick Street about 2pm. She was certified dead at 3.19pm at Queen Mary Hospital.

 

Anyone who saw the accidents should call Police on 3106 8800 or 3106 8849.
