The Independent Commission Against Corruption has charged Home Affairs Bureau Executive Officer Michael Man for misappropriating $1.5 million in government funds.

Man, 42, faces five theft charges. He has been granted bail and will appear at Eastern Magistracy on November 24.

He allegedly stole five payments from youth exchange programmes and deposited the money into his bank account between June and November last year.
