Secretary for Justice Wong Yan-lung will attend the 5th China Lawyers Forum in Tianjin on November 4.

Mr Wong will deliver a speech at the opening ceremony. He will also meet with officials from the Ministry of Justice, the Tianjin Municipal Government and the Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference.
