Police have re-classified as murder the case in which a woman was found dead in Revenue Tower October 24.

She was found lying on top of a ventilation machine in a meter room with her hands tied behind her back.

Aged 25 to 40, she was wearing a white round-collared shirt, black trousers and high-heeled sandals. She has not yet been identified.

A post-mortem examination conducted today could not ascertain the cause of death. Further examinations are pending.
