Three men have been arrested for illegal fishing at Plover Cove Reservoir near Chung Mei. Water Supplies Department and Police officers found them using nets and electric rods to catch fish on September 3.

Reservoir fish cannot be caught by netting, electric shocks or poisoning. Anyone fishing without a licence or using gear other than a rod and line faces a $4,000 fine.
