Police have charged a 58-year-old director of a defunct company with four counts of fraud. Commercial Crime Bureau officers arrested him today in Quarry Bay.

The company was ordered by the Court of First Instance to be wound up in July 2003. Police believe that well before the court order, the man transferred out the company's property contrary to the Companies Ordinance.
