The Civil Aviation Department has ordered a report from a helicopter operator after one of its vehicles made a precautionary landing in Sai Kung for a directional control problem.

No one was injured in the incident and only the pilot was aboard. No property was damaged.

At noon yesterday, the privately owned EC120B helicopter experienced the problem while flying over High Island Reservoir, and the pilot landed on grass near the Chong Hing Water Sports Centre.
