The Financial Secretary has appointed Jeremy Gadbury and Lincoln Soo as Insider Dealing Tribunal members to probe the listed securities of Cheong Ming Investments (formerly Cheong Ming Holdings).

Mr Gadbury is a certified accountant and the Managing Director of the Gadbury Group, while Mr Soo is a stockbroker and chairman of Soo Pei Shao & Co. They will sit on the tribunal under the chairmanship of Deputy Judge Saunders of the Court of First Instance.
