Two more missing Hong Kong residents have been confirmed dead in December's tsunami, bringing the toll to 26.

Fourteen others, all reported to be in Thailand, remain missing. The Government will follow up the cases and provide practical assistance to families where necessary.

Police have contacted relatives of missing Hong Kong residents to collect DNA samples for analysis. Analysed DNA information and fingerprints have been sent to Thai authorities for identification purposes.
