Rider dies in TST traffic accident

Hong Kong Police

Police are appealing for witnesses of a fatal Tsim Sha Tsui traffic accident today. At 2.50pm, a van reportedly rammed into the rear of a motorcycle stopped at a red light on Kowloon Park Drive. The 31-year-old rider later died.

 

The 24-year-old van driver was arrested for dangerous driving causing death, and released on $3,000 bail. Witnesses should call Police on 2773 5200 or 2773 5262.
