The Hong Kong Monetary Authority has raised an alert over a fraudulent website with the domain name www.orientofchina.com.

The website imitates the official website of the China Construction Bank Corporation's Hong Kong Branch which has clarified that it has no connection with the fraudulent website.

The bank has also reported the case to the Police. Anyone who has provided his or her personal information to the website or has conducted any financial transactions through the website should contact the bank at 2532 9681 and any local Police Station or the Commercial Crime Bureau at 2860 5012.
