Fraudulent website: www.unionbankhk.com

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority has alerted the public to a fraudulent website www.unionbankhk.com which looks similar to the official website of Bank of Communications Hong Kong Branch. 

 

Bank of Communications Hong Kong Branch has clarified that it has no connection with the fraudulent website.

 

The bank has reported the case to the Police for investigation. Anyone who has provided his or her personal information to the website or has conducted any financial transactions through the website should contact Bank of Communications Hong Kong Branch at 2269 9699 and any local Police Station or the Commercial Crime Bureau at 2860 5012.
