Motorcyclist killed in Tsz Wan Shan crash

Police are investigating a traffic accident in Tsz Wan Shan in which a 41-year-old man was killed last night. 

 

Shortly before 7.30pm, a motorcycle travelling along the first lane of eastbound Lung Cheung Road was knocked down by a private car that was cutting in from the second lane near Hsin Kuang Centre.

 

The motorcyclist  fell over and was hit by an on coming light goods vehicle travelling in the third lane.

 

He was trapped underneath the light goods vehicle, rescued and sent to Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he was certified dead at 10pm. 

 

A Police investigation is underway. Anyone who might have witnessed the accident or has information to offer is urged to call 2305 7582 or 2305 7500.
