Bank Consortium Trust Company Limited has warned its name and logo are being misused at the www.hkcapital.org website.

The company said the website appears to be owned and operated by a body referred to as "HK UBC Investment Funds Limited", and stressed it has no business relationship with this group.

It has reported the case to authorities for action. It advised customers not to divulge login information and passwords to third parties under any circumstances.
