Junior Police Call seeks fresh recruits
*
Hong Kong Police

Want to participate in meaningful activities and offer help in the fight against crime? Be sure not to miss the Junior Police Call recruitment day on April 24.

The recruitment drive is one of the many celebratory activities to mark the JPC's 30th anniversary.

Established in 1974, the JPC aims to enhance kids' sense of responsibility, self-confidence and commitment to society. The programme also spreads the fight crime messages to the public by hosting educational and fun-packed activities for members.

Targeting young people aged nine to 25, JPC is the largest youth organisation in Hong Kong with about 140,000 members.

Interested youngsters are welcome to visit recruitment counters to be set up in all districts between 2pm and 6pm on that day.

Police figurines specially produced for the JPC 30th anniversary will be distributed to applicants on a first-come-first-served basis.

For details of locations and opening hours of recruitment counters, click here or call 2866 6137.
