Police have charged a 65-year-old man with one count of arson in connection with Monday's fire in an MTR train at Admiralty Station.

The man was arrested in On Ting Estate, Castle Peak, on Tuesday night. He will appear in Eastern Magistrates' Courts this afternoon.

A 55-year-old man who was arrested on Monday night when he visited Tuen Mun Hospital for treatment for burns has been released on $5,000 bail and is required to report back one month later.
