The Immigration Department now offers a new way to book appointments to submit applications for travel documents or extensions of stay, through the www.esd.gov.hk website.

Appointments can be made from any Internet-connected computer or the ESD kiosks located in MTR and KCRC stations, large shopping malls, cultural and exhibition centres and Government buildings.

The system allows individuals to make up to four appointments in one booking. They can select appointments for the immediate 12 working days.

Applicants can also view, change or cancel the appointments on the net.
