Police tonight charged two men aged 43 and 46 with possession of firearms, ammunitions and explosives without a licence.

They will appear in North Kowloon Magistrates' Courts on Friday.

The two were arrested by Police in an operation in a flat in Yau Ma Tei early Wednesday morning.

Seven grenades, one AK 47 rifle, two shot guns, one .45 calibre pistol, six 7.62 mm pistols and more than 800 bullets were seized in the raid, netting the largest arms haul in 20 years.
