$3.5m worth of mobile phones stolen in Tsuen Wan
*
Hong Kong Police

A van with $3.5 million worth of mobile phones inside was stolen in Tsuen Wan last night.

At about 9.15pm, the van's 30-year-old driver parked the vehicle in Chai Wan Kok Street and left. When he returned at about 10.20pm, the van was gone. He reported it missing to  the Police.

The van contained 200 boxes that held about 4,000 mobile phones estimated to be worth about $10 million.

The vehicle was later located in a carpark near the junction of Texaco Road and Ma Tau Pa Road.

The New Territories South Regional Crime Unit is investigating.
