Tenders invited for Tai O riverwall
*

The Civil Engineering & Development Department is inviting tenders for building a riverwall at Yat Chung, Tai O, and ancillary improvement works.

The works under the contract include construction of the riverwall and its associated drainage and sewerage improvement works, upgrading the garden in front of Kwan Tai Temple and improving the signage within the inner area of Tai O. Works are expected to begin in July and take 22 months to complete.

The department has commissioned Mannings (Asia) Consultants to design and supervise construction.

The invitation to tender was gazetted today. Tenders should be submitted by noon on July 2.
