Two residential sites on the Application List - Kowloon Inland Lot No.11175 at the junction of Fat Kwong and Chung Hau Streets, Ho Man Tin, and Inland Lot No.9007 at 103 Mt Nicholson Road, the Peak - will be sold by public auction.

The Lands Department said today the auction of the Ho Man Tin site will be held at Queen Elizabeth Stadium June 8, while that for the Peak lot will be at Tsuen Wan Town Hall July 28.

The Ho Man Tin site has an area of 16,151 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area is 48,453 square metres and the maximum gross floor area is 80,755 square metres.

The Peak lot has an area of 23,312 square metres and is designated for residences. The minimum and the maximum gross floor areas are 18,109 square metres and 30,180.4 square metres.

The final Conditions of Sale for the sites in Ho Man Tin and the Peak will be available for distribution and uploaded onto the Lands Department's website by May 20 and July 9, when the particulars of the land auction will also be gazetted.
