The Town Planning Board has proposed revising the approved Kennedy Town & Mount Davis outline zoning plan, including rezoning a Forbes Street site from a comprehensive development area to open space and green belt.

Other changes include deleting the previously proposed alignments of Route 7 and the Mass Transit Railway West Island Line, and incorporating the rail line the Chief Executive-in-Council authorised on March 10 last year.

Anyone may make written representation in respect of the amendments to the board secretary by May 26. These representations will be available for public inspection.

People can inspect the draft plan with the amendments at the board secretariat, the planning enquiry counters in North Point and Sha Tin, the Hong Kong District Planning Office, Central & Western District Office, or online here.
