The Lands Department has issued pre-sale consents for 94 flats on Tai Hang Road, due for completion in September.

As at the end of January, 16 applications for pre-sale consent for uncompleted flats and one for an uncompleted commercial development were pending approval.

The applications for uncompleted residential units involved 6,561 flats. Among them, seven developments involving a total of 1,309 units are due for completion this year, while seven applications involve a total of 5,138 units which will be completed next year.

The completion dates for the remaining two developments, involving a total of 114 units, are pending.
