Tseung Kwan O Town Lot Number 76 at the Tseung Kwan O Area 66B has been successfully triggered for sale under the Application List System. The auction will be held on February 22 at Tsuen Wan Town Hall.
The Lands Department said the Government accepted the applicant's minimum guaranteed bid of $2 billion for the lot. This will be the opening bid at the auction subject to the lot's reserve price.
The lot has a site area of about 12,300 square metres and is designated for non-industrial purposes, excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station.
A minimum gross floor area of 40,590 square metres must be completed. The maximum gross floor area is 67,650 square metres.
The final conditions of sale for the lot will be available for distribution and uploaded here by February 5, when the particulars of the land auction will be gazetted.
